Pioneer is a portable enclosed wash plant that recycles its water in a closed loop system. This allows companies to wash their mats on site; cutting trucking cost, labor hours, and wasted water. When you wash on site it gives you the ability to carry a smaller inventory of mats which saves companies money. This environmentally friendly wash plant stops contamination and the hassle of trucking dirty mats. Clean mats allow for less truckloads after the job is finished. The closed loop system that recycles the dirty water cuts down on water and transport which is great for the environment. Processing a dirty mat in 3 minutes cuts down labor cost and expensive day rates. Pioneer also works 24 hours a day while on site to cut down on costs for companies.
Pioneer is an owner operator business. The two owners Travis and Colin built the wash plant from scratch.

WHO ARE WE?
Colin
Colin has been in the industry for 9 years extending from the drilling sector to completion, and construction. He also carries a Bachelors degree of Science in both Finance and Economics that he obtained while playing NCAA hockey in the United States.
Travis
Travis has 19 years of experience in the Oil industry. His experience ranges from drilling, engineering, fracking, and water management. This gives him a vast knowledge for washing access mats with the machine he designed and constructed.
